Yarrow Heights School is a mixed SEN day school, providing an integrated therapeutic model for pupils aged 7-16 whose needs cannot be met in mainstream provision. In undertaking this project we needed to calculate and adapt the mechanical installation to tailor to the student’s and staff’s needs. With new commercial boilers, hot water systems and heating throughout. It was great to see this building back up and running to such great use.  

This superior country house was a joy to be involved in. Seeing the mechanical design and installation from start to finish was a great chance to ensure our clients achieved all they required. With cosy full underfloor heating on the ground floor and endless litres of hot water available, The Lodge is a perfect family country home. The attention to detail made it a privilege to be part of.
